    Same day as the Haxey Hood this year but we couldn't settle into any of the pubs after a Jag performance, they were too full. Steve Hindley went up to the Park Drain Hotel, out in the country (near the railway line), but was threatened with being thrown out- being dressed and painted up. This used to be a regular haunt for folkies in the past!
